Q: Is there a free trial period?
A: For a limited time, a free one-month trial period is being offered. This offer (the “Free Trial”), which is made to you by Xtreme Body Fitness entitles you access to the Xtreme Body Fitness for a period of four (4) weeks from the moment that you activate such trial period by submitting your payment details (the “Free Trial Period”). By submitting your payment details, you accept the Trial Offer and (i) consent to us using your payment details in accordance with our Privacy Policy, (ii) acknowledge and agree to Xtreme Body Fitness Terms and Conditions of Use and these Xtreme Body Fitness Free Trial Terms and Conditions, (iii) agree to submit a testimonial on your fitness success story (before and after pictures encouraged) at the end of the Trial Offer and grant rights to Xtreme Body Fitness to use the story and pictures on our website. Q: What is involved in the process of onboarding a client for membership?
A: Before you start your life fitness journey, you will be contacted via email with a request to complete a PAR-Q form (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) to help assess whether or not you are physically ready to begin a new exercise program or if medical clearance from a physician is required before beginning. Afterwards you will proceed with the enrollment process on the website which entails selecting a fitness package, acknowledging a Waiver of Liability, and signing a Client Agreement/Contract with payment authorization. Upon completion of this, you will officially be a part of the Xtreme Body Fitness family and on your way to fitness success! Within the week an extensive fitness assessment will be performed to determine your needs and help establish your goals. This will be followed by a consultation session with you to set expectations. Thereafter personalized exercise programs (no cookie-cutter programs from Google) based on the assessment, your goals, and previous progress will be delivered each week along with nutrition tips and regular E-mail communication to provide support and make any necessary adjustments to help you reach success.

Q: How long will it take for me to see results?
A: Many trainers and fitness scams promise results in unrealistic time frames. This leaves consumers with crushed dreams and a sense of hopelessness. We strongly encourage clients not to watch the scale. Instead they should measure there wins based on composition change, fat loss, muscle development, feelings of well being, and strength increases! Your results depend on numerous variables: genetic disposition, physiological adaptation to prescribed exercises, metabolic rate, effort applied to each workout, consistency, proper caloric ratio and intake, nutritional quality and variety, sleep, water intake, etc. As a general rule for body fat loss, a male can safely lose approximately 1.5 to 2.0 pounds per week and a female can reasonably lose 1.0 to 1.5 pounds per week. This translates to a healthy male losing up to 6 - 8 pounds of pure body fat every 4 weeks and a healthy female losing up to 4 - 6 pounds of pure body fat every 4 weeks. Take note that we say “body fat”, not “weight”. This is because muscle is 500% more dense than fat, which in turn, means your total body weight will increase while your waistline decreases.

Q: Will my program include nutritional counseling?
A: Yes, your coach will provide nutritional education. However. personalized meal planning will NOT be provided. Your coach will provide nutrition education and opinions about food choices, caloric intake, and meal timing. This information will be based on nutrition credentials held from the National Academy of Sports Medicine – Fitness Nutrition Specialization (NASM-FNS). Additionally, electronic journaling through MyFitnessPal integrates directly into the membership portal to help manage your diet and hold you accountable.

Q: Do I have to have a gym membership?
A: No, a gym membership is not required to participate in our programs. Your program will be tailored to what you have available. However, we do encourage clients to invest in a stop watch/heart rate monitor, resistance bands, stability balls, and other apparatus that will add benefits to and accelerate reaching their goals.

Q: What if I travel often?
Our online training packages can accommodate clients that travel or take vacation. We can develop bodyweight programs or build programs based on the equipment you have available. The same accountability, workout tracking, and coaching is all mobile and travels with you.

Q: How often can I contact you with questions?
A: We strongly encourage trainer and client communications. We are open to entertain questions daily via email. All questions are answered within 24 hours during business days. It necessary, times to speak via telephone can be scheduled.

Q: What happens if I need to put training on hold for a while?
A: If you have to place a Hold on your training because of an emergency, vacation, illness, etc., we can suspend services for a date range you specify, up to 30 days. In the event that you cannot continue after 30 days, you may cancel your contract without penalty or fees. Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

Q: Can I cancel at anytime?
A: You may cancel your recurring dues 10 days before your billing date with written notice. Hopefully you do not take this measure as result of disappointment in not getting a quick fix. Xtreme Body Fitness fully expect all clients to see results. We stress that the change you achieve slower but consistently will stay. You just need to shift your mindset, be more patient, and focus on daily steps towards progress. Many people have the tendency to deceive themselves about how much effort they truly put into a workout or their proper practice of good nutrition intake and effective fitness lifestyle. Your expert coach will aim to motivate and guide you to help you find healthy living.
